Who We Are

Financial Sense Advisors, Inc. operates Financial Sense Services. The subscription form asks for first name, last name, and email address. A mobile number is optional unless you choose SMS consent. We also record the permissions selected, the exact consent language, its revision date, and the page from which the request was submitted. Messages you send to support@financialsenseservices.com or privacy@financialsenseservices.com may contain additional information you choose to provide. Please do not send account credentials or sensitive financial records through an ordinary email or subscription form.

Purpose and retention

We use contact details to process requested communications, answer inquiries, honor opt-out and privacy requests, maintain consent evidence, and protect the website. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are to be retained for at least four years; STOP suppression records are to be retained for at least ten years so a revoked number is not messaged again. Other correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Sharing and safeguards

We use providers needed to host the site, deliver email, process subscription requests, and provide a text messaging service. Mobile opt-in data and consent will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. We do not sell personal information. Subscription requests are sent from this site to its processing webhook; access and storage safeguards in downstream systems depend on their configuration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies and technical data

Hosting may process IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and basic security logs to deliver and protect the site. Tracking is not enabled: this website does not intentionally place analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies. It does not use information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Browser settings may still control ordinary storage or cookies used by your browser or hosting environment.

Your U.S. privacy choices

U.S. residents may ask about information associated with them and request access, correction, deletion, or other available rights by writing to privacy@financialsenseservices.com. California residents may also exercise rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable. We aim to respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, subject to any permitted extension. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf; we may require signed permission and verification of your identity and the agent’s authority. We may retain information needed to honor an opt-out or meet a legal obligation. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Email choices and consent revocation

Commercial email includes the business mailing address and an unsubscribe method. Email unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days. You may withdraw communication consent at any time by any reasonable method, including clicking the unsubscribe link in an email, replying STOP to an SMS message, or writing to support@financialsenseservices.com. Reply HELP for SMS help. Revocation does not affect processing that occurred before the request was received.

Cookies, storage, and Global Privacy Control

Tracking is disabled. The site does not intentionally use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, behavioral profiles, or cross-context advertising. Essential hosting or browser storage may be used only when necessary to deliver the site, protect it, or remember a minimum interface choice. You can clear or block storage in your browser. Because the site does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out signal and does not change an already tracking-free experience.

Business transfers

If Financial Sense Services or relevant business assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction. Any recipient must handle the information consistently with applicable law and the privacy commitments in effect at the time, unless notice and any required choice are provided.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Financial Sense Services does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may submit a Do Not Sell or Share request, including through a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, or email privacy@financialsenseservices.com. We may verify a request before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request with signed permission and evidence of authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising CCPA or CPRA rights. Include enough information to locate your correspondence, but do not send sensitive identifiers in your first message.
