Joining the text-message program

Adults age 18 or older may provide a mobile number and select the optional SMS checkbox on the subscribe page. That selection is prior express written consent to recurring automated/autodialed marketing text messages from Financial Sense Services. SMS consent is separate from email authorization and is not a condition of purchase or email subscription. Do not enter someone else’s number without their permission.

Frequency, charges, and delivery

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Delivery can be affected by network conditions or a carrier. T-Mobile and other participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that a message will arrive at a particular time.

Stopping messages or getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also revoke your SMS consent at any time by any reasonable method, including writing to support@financialsenseservices.com and identifying the mobile number involved. A revocation request will be processed and the number suppressed from future program messages, subject to a confirmation or legally necessary administrative response. An ordinary email inquiry does not authorize texts.

Quiet hours

Marketing text messages will not be sent between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the recipient’s local time. Delays caused by carriers or network conditions may affect actual delivery time.

Mobile information privacy

Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service.

Consent evidence and privacy

The selected SMS consent, exact wording shown at enrollment, mobile number, page URL, and revision date are recorded for consent evidence. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are to be retained for at least four years, and STOP suppression records for at least ten years. Mobile opt-in data and consent will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Read the Privacy Policy for security and U.S. and California privacy rights.

Financial Sense Advisors, Inc. is located at 10809 Thornmint Road, 2nd Floor, San Diego, CA 92127. California law governs these program terms, subject to non-waivable rights.
